ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Creating new vendors in the ERP with all the required supporting documents Processing of invoices which are coming into the workflow and approving them for payment and blocking it incase of discrepancy (Invoice processing) QC of the transactions processed (Invoice Processing and Payment processing) Achieving the daily targets set on a consistent basis (Payment processing) Coordinating with data entry team on processing of Payment on time Circulating the Queue status report to entire team and follow up to clear the aged invoices Tallying Contra reports in the month end Responsible for doing Recons on Supplier Statement of Accounts Continuous process improvements Preparation of payment file before the same is send to the Global Treasury for approval Forecasting the financial needs to the treasury department in advance to ensure smooth payment to thesuppliers Reviewer of all type of payments (Vendor, VAT, Payroll, Customer refund, Site rental, intercompany and inter fund transfer) Which are initiated by team members  Responsible for all new countries transition planning and providing KT session to team members  First level approver of payments uploaded by team in various bank platforms like Scotia, Bank of Butterfield, MCB and FCIBACHIEVEMENTS: One times acquired ‘Extra Mile Award’ for the year of 2016. Best Performer Award’ recipient in the year of 2015. Received Award for continuous process improvements Best Performer Award for the year of 2018 Received Weekly awards for resolving critical issues in the sites handled Promoted to team coach within one year In STEP program (Internal Job Posting) promoted as Team leader
