As an Employee Connect at Tata Elxsi, I ensure on time completion of joining formalities, on-boarding & Induction of the new joiners, Supporting the new hires from 0 to 90 days, Monthly connect with HR lead and employee (One to one, Skip level, HR Connect), Continuous interactions with employees to understand and resolve their grievance and keep them motivated, Organizing the monthly calendar and planning to set of activities to be performed for the month, conducting various team building activities. Ensure to close TPC payroll updates (Time tracking), Handling employee quarries on policies. Motivate employees to participate in CSR activities.
