The team is also responsible for maintaining KPIs, process health, collaborating with cross teams, workflow management, and reporting work triage. Leading the design and enhancements for processes & projects and ensuring implementation at the production level. Driving process, QA reports, and Lean & Automation projects led to increased efficiency by 70% and an error reduction by 80% across processes and savings of 1.5 FTEs.
