- Started new programme vertical to promote entrepreneurship among tribal youths in the state of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.- Played lead role in designing and implementation of business incubation process and support unit starting from awareness creation, to generation of pipe line, selection process, mentoring, training and seed funding support.- Development of ecosystem supportive of tribal entrepreneurs at state and local level.- Developed partnership with government departments, local entrepreneurs, mentors, donors, financial institutions, business incubators and research institutes.- One of the most challenging assignments and great learning experience. The results are very encouraging and supported youths, especially in the Dangs area of South Gujarat have started successful enterprises around bamboo products, millet processing, large scale commercial poultry, Eco-tourism and fresh water fisheries etc.
