* Technical expertise in Scrap Quality Assurance ,Yard Management, Plant Operation, Raw material management and Planning. *Operation leader with excellent analytic and organizational skills focusing on cost reduction and enhancing productivity and profitability with effective resource optimization and compliance of SAFETY. *Examining of material from each lot for adherence to specification as per Purchase Order for settlement of commercial terms.*Managing the QC team for assigning Chemistry & Yield to each material lot received at Plant. *Manpower and Logistics management for smooth functioning of all activities under Scrapyard.*Maximum utilization of low cost material for preparation of cost optimized heats. *Ownership of manufacturing philosophy based on team work, time management, KAIZEN concept, ISO Quality standards and 5S theory.
