Performed K-Means Clustering on the HCPs and segmented them by deciling based on KPIs.Most effective call plans and E-Mail strategies were developed which increased the prescription rates of the client to a great extent. Tableau dashboard report was created showing the effect of strategies on sales, this was performed for 3 market-leading companies in Healthcare sector•Web scraping was used to collect social media data of recently launched drug and performed sentiment analysis and generated a word cloud to understand the patient and physician views on the drug and monitor any adverse effects.•Excel Dashboard was created using VBA Macros to Automate the Quarterly report updation of various drugs and its competitors in multiple regions to monitor the sales and report if any adverse change in trend. The code generated visualizations based on pre-defined metrics and report is generated in PDF. It reduced time and resource utilization by 50%.• Analysed the performance of drugs of a fortune 50 company in various regions before and after the loss of exclusivity of the drugs and gave insights on pricing and future market share, using IMS Midas data and after performing statistical analysis for pricing we were able to provide significant insights
