As the Chem-E-Car Safety Head, my responsibilities include leading a team of engineering students to safely design a chemically powered car, developing strategies to ensure process and lab safety, and recognizing potential hazards and mitigating them using analytical techniques such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP).

- Responsible for communicating with the AIChE Executive Student Committee (ESC) on behalf of AIChE MIT-WPU.- Documented all events, meetings, and agendas set by the student chapter as well as compiled the annual report of our activities, based on which AIChE MIT-WPU won the Outstanding Student Chapter Award 2023-24 at the AIChE Annual Student Conference 2024, San Diego, CA.

- Participated in Syntropy 2023, an annual event conducted by the Department of Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering and Materials Science & Engineering, MIT-WPU.- Volunteered in events to ensure their smooth conduction.

Led a team of 8 undergraduate Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering students in safely designing a Chem-E-Car that stood 2nd in the Southeast Asia Region of the AIChE Student Regional Conference (SRC) 2024, hosted by the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela (NIT-R), and qualified for the AIChE Annual Student Conference (ASC) 2024, set to take place in San Diego, CA.
