Currently, as the Chief Manager of Business Transformation at KEC International, RPG Group, I lead a dynamic team in the Railways Business Unit. Our focus is on identifying and delivering cost improvement initiatives, and developing and institutionalizing business processes for profitable growth. Additionally, we're at the forefront of promoting mechanization and modernization within our business unit, ensuring we remain competitive and efficient.I'm proud of my academic background, having earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Amrita School of Engineering. My Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from KPMG further equips me with the tools to drive process excellence.
