At IL&FS Skill Development Corporation (ISDC), I head the Operations of over 100 plus IL&FS Institute of Skills and over 150 Satellite Centres. IL&FS Skills is the largest skill development Company in India• IL&FS Skills is a joint venture of IL&FS ETS and NSDC• Started in January 2011, IL&FS Skills offers Placement linked short term training programs• My role is to head the training operations of IL&FS Institutes of Skills(currently 40). IL&FS Skills has in its three years of operations trained over 200000 students • IL&FS Skills has achieved its targeted Training numbers and revenues and has recently been the adjudged the best performing of NSDC• My role is a multifaceted, challenging role which involves heading a team of over 200 directly and indirectly

• Launched new centres in Faridabad , Ghaziabad and East Delhi. • Ran the largest Franchisee centre of IMS - IMS East Delhi• Involved in recruiting and training over 30 employees every year• Won the best Franchisee award and had the highest revenue among frachisees

• Helped successfully launch the brand in India• Launched four centres in Delhi-NCR and assisted the launch of operations in Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata• Involved in the hiring and training of new City Heads• Actively participated in product development and launch of the CAT product• Took part in various functions such as HR, recruitment and training, policy formation, appraisals, faculty training
