• IL&FS Skills is a joint venture of IL&FS ETS and NSDC
• Started in January 2011, IL&FS Skills offers Placement linked short term training programs
• My role is to head the training operations of IL&FS Institutes of Skills(currently 40). IL&FS Skills has in its three years of operations trained over 200000 students
• IL&FS Skills has achieved its targeted Training numbers and revenues and has recently been the adjudged the best performing of NSDC
• My role is a multifaceted, challenging role which involves heading a team of over 200 directly and indirectly

East Delhi, Faridabad And Ghaziabad

• Launched new centres in Faridabad, Ghaziabad and East Delhi.
• Ran the largest Franchisee centre of IMS - IMS East Delhi
• Involved in recruiting and training over 30 employees every year
• Won the best Franchisee award and had the highest revenue among frachisees

• Helped successfully launch the brand in India
• Launched four centres in Delhi-NCR and assisted the launch of operations in Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata
• Involved in the hiring and training of new City Heads
• Actively participated in product development and launch of the CAT product
