IL&FS Skills has in its three years of operations trained over 200000 students • IL&FS Skills has achieved its targeted Training numbers and revenues and has recently been the adjudged the best performing of NSDC• My role is a multifaceted, challenging role which involves heading a team of over 200 directly and indirectly

• Launched new centres in Faridabad , Ghaziabad and East Delhi. • Ran the largest Franchisee centre of IMS - IMS East Delhi• Involved in recruiting and training over 30 employees every year• Won the best Franchisee award and had the highest revenue among frachisees
