Bonn Germany (15 -22 April 2012)

I was selected by UNFCCC Secretariat as CDM Roster of Expert (only five candidates from India) in April 2012, attended, one-week training in Bonn Germany for registration and issuance CDM projects. Assessed more than 40 CDM projects from different host countries like Brazil, China, Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Mexico, Mauritius, Malaysia, for renewable energy, methane avoidance, landfill, composting and agriculture sector (Registration & Issuance) (May’12-Jan’13) for UNFCCC Secretariat Project Entity Assessment team and registered 2.1 M CERs/annum and issued 2.3 M CERs to meet Dec 31, 2012 deadline of Kyoto Protocol.

I have worked as CDM Validator and Verifier at TUV NORD and worked on several projects. to name a few completed validation of prestigious Delhi metro rolling stock cars in metro system (first of its kind) CDM Project in World for metro energy efficient technology of Japan. Also worked on more than 25 CDM projects from different sectoral scope e.g. energy generation, energy efficiency, forestry, transport and methane avoidance for validation and verification.
