In Capgemini, currently Vivek is holding a position of Portfolio Manager and presently assigned as Performance Testing Manager / SME for HSBC Testing Practice. Prior to this role, he hold multiple positions - Program Performance Test Manager for HSBC Trade Transformation Programme, Performance Testing & Engineering CoE Pune location lead @ Capgemini Testing Practice, NFT Test Manager at RBS Telephony Project, Performance Test Manager at Barclays and Project Lead in RBS, UK Strategic Billing Project. Before joining Capgemini, he worked for companies as Performance Test Lead – IBM & Accenture and worked on multiple releases of complex performance testing & engineering projects for major banking client like HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Barclays Bank.Received multiple Top Employee Awards during work tenure in IBM.
