As a Data Analyst with over 3 years of experience, I am currently employed with M3M Foundation, where I have been responsible for developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) for all ongoing education and skilling projects. In my role, I work extensively with tools such as Tableau and advanced Excel to create powerful data visualizations and reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions.In addition to my technical expertise, I am also skilled in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to develop strategies that improve project outcomes. My strong communication and interpersonal skills enable me to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including program managers, project leads, and external partners.I am passionate about leveraging data to drive positive social impact, and my work at M3M Foundation has allowed me to do just that.
