"Exploration and Experience” has always been of significant importance throughout my career. In my current role as an advisor of Global Supply Management (GSM), I aspire to be a functional expert equipped with complete Supply Chain knowledge and drive performance through process improvement.In addition to my role as a GSM advisor, I am concurrently the facilitator for the GSM forum for my team. Our goal is to build a community for collaborative learning and to share the best practices, streamlining processes. I am also the Service representative for a project on the implementation of new regulation in China.In the last 3 years, I had the opportunity to experience different working culture, at the same explored diverse learning opportunities. I firmly believe one should never stop discovering your true potential as your ability is far beyond what you can imagine!
