As a Regional Sales Manager I am responsible for the delivery of inspirational and effective leadership and development of the East Regional Sales team to achieve and exceed agreed performance targets. Able to give clear direction, support, coaching and development. Whilst ensuring the environment reflects the Copart values and drives strong operating and performance results.Working collaboratively with the Director of Automotive to ensure that the strategy is being delivered and the sales process works efficiently, driving sales growth. • To exceed set financial metrics for volume and profitability for the region• Develop, manage and coach the Sales team to deliver exceptional results• To ensure a high level of understanding and knowledge of Copart’s products and services • To boost the productivity, efficiency and volumes with a clear, shared strategy• To deliver 100% compliance through CRM, delivering accurate quality data To consistently and actively demonstrate support to the Copart values; Act with integrity, Be an owner, Challenge the norm, Get results and Celebrate our people.
