As the co-founder of the first national high-fashion model contest, we focused on discovering the "new faces" models in my country, with the goal of positioning them in an international market that offers opportunities to expand their careers. This contest went beyond mere competition; it provided a complete experience of what it means to be a model. Participants engaged in an extensive boot camp that taught modeling skills while also emphasizing the importance of building self-esteem. Drawing on my previous knowledge, I successfully secured key partnerships with prominent companies to enhance the contest's impact and reach. Through this initiative, we aimed to empower aspiring models and redefine the standards of beauty on an international stage.

In my role as the Director of Elite Model Look in Peru, the world’s largest model contest, I led the search for the next generation of top models over four years. I strategically planned the contest, organized events, managed public relations, and executed influencer marketing campaigns. I secured sponsorships and built significant partnerships with major brands such as Pantene and Maybelline. Additionally, I demonstrated strong leadership by guiding a dedicated team to ensure the success and growth of the contest in the Peruvian market.
