Leads the Alexander Turnbull Library’s Digital Collection Services Team, which includes the digital archivists, web archivists, and imaging/digitisation specialists.

Leads activities and further advances the Alexander Turnbull Library's capacity and capability to acquire and manage born-digital archival collections, which are preserved in the National Digital Heritage Archive (NDHA). Manages team of digital archivists.

One-year secondment to the Curatorial Services Team as Curator, Oral History and Sound at the Alexander Turnbull Library, focusing on born-digital collections, incoming acquisitions, and researcher requests.

Responsible for supporting curatorial staff of the Alexander Turnbull Library in describing and managing born-digital materials. System Administrator for KE EMu collection management software. Experience processing large hybrid and born-digital collections, and working with ISAD(G), ISAAR-CPF, EAD, EAC-CPF, and other international archival standards.

Fixed term position from June 2015 - December 2015, extended to 31 March 2016. Responsible for direct line management of five permanent processing archivists/librarians, and two fixed term employees. Key driver in the Te Ara Panuku project to replace TAPUHI, the Library's MS-DOS based legacy collection management system, and transition to KE EMu software. Worked on data migration mappings, business process documentation, software training and documentation, system configuration and administration, data migration testing and reporting.

• Worked directly with primary, secondary, and tertiary educators to coordinate group visits to Carter Observatory• Managed the collection of data for the Ministry of Education’s “Learning Experiences Outside The Classroom” reporting requirements• Provided administrative support to the management team, including conducting research, collecting data, and updating the website

• Organised the personal and professional papers of Benjamin Hooks, entailing over 400 boxes• Wrote accession reports, inventories, processing plans, and finding aids for the collection• Provided reference services for the Department of Special Collections at the Ned R. McWhorter Library• Founding member of the Hurricane Katrina Task Force at the University of Memphis and Coordinator of "Reclaiming Existence: The New Orleans Document Preservation Project"
