Avrey Grace Boutique was a niche, contemporary style boutique for women looking to express their personalities through their wardrobe with high quality clothing. My job included managing staff, sales and customer relationships; visual merchandising; content creation; maintaining the online store; all financial aspects, including budgeting and taxes; and more.Brands sold included KUT From the Kloth, For Love and Lemons, Johnny Was, DIFF Eyewear, Show Me Your Mumu, and Knot Sisters.

Sole merchandise buyer at Avrey Grace Boutique. Duties included researching and seeking out brands that paired well with our store branding; communicating with brand representatives and warehouses; budgeting and sales forecasting; regular and seasonal buying; and attending market. In this position I learned how to buy intuitively, make cuts where necessary, and follow an order from the beginning at Market, to its arrival in my store.
