• Overseeing of the dredger manufacturing site to ensure productivity and efficiency. Annual goals were matched or exceeded: at least 6 main, 10 transporters, and 5 small dredgers.
• Negotiating and purchasing of peripheral materials for dredgers. Just-in-time production concept was utilized and this prevented economic waste.
• Procuring of spares required for dredger production (engines, pumps, etc.). Zero accidents on reception, and zero accidents on the delivery of final products to the clients.

• Creating of flight plans for intended flights, which includes extraction of the geographical points of the destination and return location.
• Monitoring of ongoing flights to ensure decorum. As well as informing superiors if anything ominous is noticed.
• Liaising with the flight pilots via radio transmission, to give approval for take-off and/or landing.
• Storage of flight data; hours flown, time of arrival/departure, numbers of passengers on each trip, etc. This is for reference purposes from the client.
• Creating of purchase orders for aircraft spares from registered vendors.
• Receiving delivered items, and creating data for them on the spares server.
