Planning, organization and production of the conference DIDS 2021 Digital. As a business consultant, I had the role to propose the program, topics and participants of the DIDS conference, as well as to give my suggestions for the realization of the conference in the form of a hybrid event. The first part of the work on this project is based on defining the conference program, communicating with the lecturers and agreeing on the topics of the lectures. The second part was related to production, from the selection of the production team, connecting the creative team with the production team, and designing additional conference content in the form of digital activations and electronic documents.The realization of all of the above was the biggest challenge as the hybrid event was something new for most of the team. Successful realization with a very high attendance of events and a large number of positive reviews, make this project one of my favorites.

As a member of an analytical team, my primary duties were creating reports for Contract Manufacturing Department, such as: reports concerning production planning, cost planning, monitoring of sales realization, and product profitability, as well as creating reports for the department by using data from business software SAP and BW.
