As a program & project manager my responsibilities & competencies on various simultaneous projects are:• create and execute project work plans;• identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities, tasks and milestones;• manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;• effectively apply our methodology and project standards in both waterfall or agile type of projects;• prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures;• ensure project documents are complete, current.As a project manager I had successfully finished projects like:• AFFINITY TS. Here we developed and implemented at request an Credit Controlling module and an personalized CRM. Also interface with the DKV Europe SAP backend system thru EDI system interface. Both Credit Controlling and CRM modules are part and working together with GITS accounting and operational modules.• PROMS CONCEPT GROUP. At request we developed an project management solution (GITS PMGT), integrated with the ERP and destined for globally prioritizing, planning, managing, and executing projects, programs, and portfolios.• HOLLEMAN. It was a group implementation. We integrated in a single ERP solution over 12 modules. Especially for Holleman we developed at request, an oversized transportation module called GITS PMTS (project management and transport system).• CONTEXPERT CONSULTING. We implemented the payroll solution from the GITS suite of applications on over 100 companies databases.• Ameropa Grains stock implementation, Medicover acquisition and fixed asset software implementation, Wittmann Battenfeld Romania service implementation, many others.

Mainly, on various projects, i was in charge of implementing the GITS HR & payroll, DMS (dealer management system), WMS, Acquisitions & Supplier contracts and other dedicated modules.In this period, working as an ERP consultant, i was able to:- worked in team on many implementation projects;- contribute to the update off GITS apps and technology keeping pace with the latest developments in the field;- designed new modules & apps like: GITS Alerter (it is a fast and efficient module, capable of automatic transmission of information dedicated to customers, suppliers and users of GITS application); GITS Leasing Logistics (is a component that is primarily aimed at monitoring all stages of the logistics part in a auto leasing contract); GITS PMTS (project management and transport system) etc.

As office manager my duties were:• develop training materials regarding the working procedures;• archive the implementation documents to every project file;• centralize the activity reports of the implementation consultants and pass them to management level;• archive & implementation document to GITS headquarters in SIBIU, plus the accounting documents like client invoices, supplier invoices, employees expense documents, contracts and others;• ensure that the office supplies needs are purchased and nothing is needed, etc.In this period I made manuals for all GITS implementation procedures, manuals that ware used by all consultants older and newer.
