Acquiring an established vineyard with old vines, I embraced the local grape varieties deeply rooted in this terroir for generations. Viorica, Crească, Târasă, Zaibar, and Castel are among the cherished grape varieties thriving in our sandy loam soil. Nurtured without irrigation or chemicals, these grapes require minimal intervention, resulting in wines of unparalleled purity.My passion lies in crafting natural and minimally intervened wines, harnessing the essence of our 30-year-old vines. Employing ancient winemaking methods, I refrain from adding yeasts, sugar, water, or any chemicals or preservatives. The outcome?ECO WINE of Moldova - pure fermented grape juice, crafted with devotion and respect for the land.
