Current responsibilities as a Supervisor: • Supervision (being the in-charge) of audit engagements of stand-alone and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS/RSA of companies, including risk assessment and planning, analysis of financial position, budgeting, assessment of design and implementation of internal controls, planning and execution of audit fieldwork, etc.;• Preparation of audit reports and reports to those charged with governance regarding audit findings;• Team-management: supervision and coaching of audit team-members, review of working papers prepared by team-members;• Building relationships with clients’ staff to create long-term sustainable business-relations;• Manager and partner interaction to discuss critical and complex issues and to provide progress reports.

Main responsibilities: • Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the borrower (individual);• Verification that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and that the applicant has the financial ability to repay the loan in full;• Adoption of a loan decision;• Monitoring compliance with established limits in the Bank's system.Achievements: passed the quality control review, received a recommendation for promotion.
