Completed a major analytics migration. Now working on the Android team.

I led the implementation and quality assurance work for a migration of a major analytics system on the iOS and Android native apps. In my role I am also responsible for the maintaining and continuing to develop several large data pipelines in the organization. I also worked to enhance our attribution process that connects the offline experience to online. My team is also responsible for maintaining many established backend services. We also focus on deprecating old legacy systems and replacing them with new systems that are up to current engineering standards.

I was the subject matter expert (SME) on native app analytics for Google Analytics, Amplitude, Segment, Braze, AppsFlyer, and Branch throughout my time in this role. My team provided analytics implementation strategy and governance for various product teams throughout the company. I also wrote analytics features on iOS and Android when the native apps team needed additional support. Our team also provided analytics quality assurance (QA) testing and training for engineering and product teams so they could self-serve their QA.My team's role changed to moving the organization towards a single data platform and providing a paved path for various teams to self-serve their analytics needs while also easily adhering to our data governance rules. We built out programatic tools to enable teams to quickly fulfill these needs.

I was the subject matter expert (SME) for all native, hybrid, and OTT applications for the company. As the SME I was responsible for training employees and clients in analytics strategy, data modeling, implementation, quality assurance (QA), and building reports for mobile apps. Designed innovative implementation strategies around GA, GTM, Firebase Analytics, Firebase GTM, Hybrid Apps, Optimizely, push notifications, and deep link attribution as well as QA techniques. Also help with technical web data collection problems as well as Google Cloud Platform and data engineering issues.

Was responsible for providing support for any mobile related technical issue that any of our clients experienced. Would then work with our clients to solve the issue once discovered.
