Current• Provide event production services ranging from intimate, high-touch receptions to large-scale media announcements, tech conferences and multi-day retreats for creative agencies, non-profits, individuals, and corporate clients domestically and internationally• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand event objectives to develop tailored concepts and strategies that align with organizational and budgetary goals• Oversee end-to-end logistics of event execution, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, budgeting, staffing, and on-site troubleshooting• Develop comprehensive production budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budget guidelines• Create, manage, and distribute all event-related documentation and communications including ROS, production, staffing, and work-back schedules, shipping manifests, guest lists, and inventory management• Build and manage production teams of 6+ workstream leaders and producers
