era.media was a digital marketing agency with offices in Kuwait and Egypt and a global team of freelance talent.• Fully responsible for era.media's P&L and winning over £400,000 of business.• Diversified client portfolio and restructured existing projects, products and internal infrastructure to increase profitability, secure new clients and exit client relationships that did not align with the business's objectives.• Client Director for key clients including IKEA, Aston Martin, Gulf Bank, Jaber AlAhmad Cultural Center, Abdullah Salem Cultural Center and Multiple Sclerosis International Federation (UK).• Managed a core team of 10 in 2 regional offices. Alshaya Co. is a leading retail franchise operator for over 90 of the worlds leading brands in the home furnishings, optics, food, fashion & footwear, health & beauty, leisure & entertainment and pharmacy sectors. Alshaya operates across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, Russia & Europe. • Developed and managed divisional marketing budgets for all online and offline activities, approximately 5% of the forecast sales, and introduced new marketing communications to increase the traceability of campaigns by 30%.• Developed and delivered the first omni-channel strategy for the division, with end to end responsibility for planning, execution, analysis and reporting to C-suite management. • Spearheaded a cost-savings project across the division which led to savings of up to 25% across multi-site projects.• Defined KPIs and analysed marketing performance to deliver results for the brands, growing on average 10% year on year.• Introduced new analytics dashboards combining DSSRs with agency generated reports and digital analysis (using Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook Business Manager).
