My role is based at offshore, working for IT Services delivering solutions as per customer requirements, handling production issues.Roles and Responsibilities: Working with technical delivery team reporting to Head of IT Team at Sunrun. Gathering business requirements and preparing technical design documents. Testing of Oracle database, Oracle Forms, PL/SQL. Developing and executed test cases. Documents review, Code review. Support during system integration Testing and User acceptance testing. Working on Production support issues. Developed alert programs to monitor long running programs, error out programs and to take necessary action. Developed custom responsibilities as per segregation of duties. Developed conversion programs as part of Vivint integration, XML publisher and Discoverer reports. Mentoring the team to implement best practices. Prepared Shell Script’s to migrate the objects from one instance to other instance. Involved in the production support which is been raised by the business users.
