* Current job assignment of PACKING PLANT in charge as an Assistant Manager (Mechanical).Optimize availability of machine with reliability to achieve of production targets , with costs , energy & environment effectiveness.* Optimization of maintenance related costs , ( repair & maintenance, stores & spares).* Responsible for vendor evaluation & support for contracts ( AMC ).* Ensure safety , quality , productivity , inventory & smooth operation.* Responsible for proper operation & maintenance of all machinery, mechanical equipment & engineering facilities .Also responsible for dispatch activities for maximum output from packer machine. * Equipment spares planning & follow up with purchase dept.* Co-ordination with the maintenance contractor for the workers and other maintenance activities.* Monitoring the spare parts consumption from the stores on weekly and monthly basis & taking corrective measures as required.* Responsible for improving MTBF , MTTR & reliability of equipment.* Responsible for preparing quarterly budget list & maintain equipment in given budget .

* Applied mechanical problem solving skills to develop creative solutions for quality product.* Having an experience of handling running problems in LSSR, RAW MILL, KILN & CEMENT MILL in shift duty.* Having an experience of maintenance work in LIMESTONE STACKER & RECLAIMER SECTION .* Having an experience of maintenance work RAW MILL SECTION .* Responsibility of maintenance of KILN ,GRATE COOLER & MMC COOLER during major shutdown of plant.* Having an experience of maintenance work in PACKING PLANT .
