He’s not one of those people who absent-mindedly nods, his eyes lost somewhere over the part of your hair, tossing out empty “uh-huhs” and disjointed non-sequiturs. He doesn’t bombard you with pre-packaged catch phrases and empty slogans delivered out of context. Vincent is an intelligent man. He talks to you. He listens and responds.A Chicago native, Aguirre settled in his college hometown after his 2012 graduation. Holding a degree inComputer Science, he began his career as a software developer. It didn’t take him long, however, torealize that the only way he was going to test both his grit and his intellectual limits was by treading thepath of self-determination. Since becoming his own boss, he has learned, first hand, how to bounce backfrom setbacks, how to learn from those who’ve walked in front of him, and how to commit to a vision.Vincent currently serves on his community’s Economic Development Board, 100+ Men Who Care and theGreencastle Indiana Small Business Development Commission board. He’s an avid “drone enthusiast,enjoys playing basketball, and listens often to electronic music when focusing at the computer.” Vincent’smost important attribute, however, is his curiosity and the thrill of solving a problem.
