Responsible for the accurate and complete entry of all sales and after-market care order data, manage the sales order process, and provide support to the Account Team Managers and Project Managers. Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities:-Verify that all required data is complete and accurate, work with the Business Unit team to ensure they retrieve all the necessary information from our clients, including requirements for labeling, shipping, routing, packaging, and item numbers.-Perform detailed Contract Review on all incoming orders for price, delivery date, payment terms, and process sales orders in the ERP system.-Input sales pipeline, sales and after-market care orders into the ERP.-Work in conjunction with other Business Unit team members regarding sales order maintenance, including updating project status, communicating changes to the production schedule, approvals, pricing, etc.-Coordinate with Accounting for customer specific issues such as: prepay invoices required by customers and customer credit holds and terms.-Process invoices, credit notes and deposit invoices as appropriate for sales order for delivery to customers.-Input, audit, correct, and maintain the integrity of Finished Goods Item Master data.-Initiate shipments within the ERP system to logistics to facilitate on-time delivery of finished goods.-Update and maintain all required information on Hotline, EDI, Data Web, Industrios, and departmental documents in a timely manner.-Work with the Pricing catalog to ensure that all costs are appropriately captured in ERP.-Correspond with client’s retail locations on the timelines and deliverables of all Aftermarket Care items.-Collect and provide KPI data to the department’s leadership team.
