  - Develop and implement production plans and monitor production activities (meet approved quantity, and quality requirements during the shift, adhering to company procedures and regulations).- Conduct maintenance downtime planning and scheduling, monitor and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs, perform daily cleaning, lubrication, and cooling of machinery and equipment, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.- Manage production line assets (proficient in ERP and Excel for inventory management) and create 2D AutoCAD drawings for procurement to ensure adequate stock levels of production materials and tools, preventing unplanned downtime.- Prepare regular reports (downtime, operations, and support for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007 assessments).- Propose measures to enhance production goals, streamline work processes, boost labour productivity, and reduce costs (5 improvement proposals and 3 of them have been approved for implementation.
