I have been leading an internal initiative within Innovatrics to come up with ideas which would apply biometrics technology in new ways. Biometric Ventures - a venture capital company - has been founded to incubate 2 ideas that have been created during that process and to invest in other early-stage startups focusing on biometrics. I am in charge of all things product at Biometric ventures as a Head of Product. My main responsibilities:1. Work closely with internal startups as a hands-on product manager making the idea come alive through an MVP. This endeavor primarily revolves around discussions with clients/prospects about their needs, building a product/engineering team to create MVP, supporting it product-wise and owning all product related processes and artifacts - product specs, product discovery, product discussions and brainstormings and aligning stakeholders.2. Scouting and evaluating products of other external startups to find out if they are a good fit for Biometric ventures.3. Mentor and support external startups regarding product department, processes and discovery.

My role in this forestry company is to develop short-term and long-term strategy for business expansion and to optimise operations, such as implementing software for tracking harvests, planting new trees and stored wood.

In this forestry company, I was responsible for environmental project which focused on sustainable forestry. We worked on ecological ways how to grow forest and how to do it without major economical losses.

I pitched the idea for face based access control system as a leader of internal incubator at Innovatrics (Biometrics company) and I got an opportunity to join a team working on it at Precise biometrics utilizing technology from Innovatrics. I joined as a partnership coordinator and scrum master for Precise team making sure teams from both companies work closely together. I think that we are developing the next big thing. As a Head of Product at Spaceflow, my main focus is:0. Building global no. 1 Tenant Experience Platform1. Leading the product team, data analytics team and UX/UI design team. As a leader I focus not only on outcomes but also on growing my team members and making sure they are happy.2. Implementing helpful tools which improve collaboration and efficiency - Product board, Miro and Tableau.3. Implementing framework Jobs to be done into product thinking.4. Creating a strategy for product supported by internal and external roadmap with core team.5. Leading big projects such as access control system integration and managing key clients.6. Improving dev processes together with CTO - adding technical discussions, retrospectives and proper backlog grooming sessions.7. Setting up data analytics department, making our data accessible to internal and external stakeholders and supporting shift towards data driven company.

Joined Spaceflow as the first Product Manager in startup's history and as a member of a core team. This was actually one of the reasons I joined. It is mostly up to me to set up product and design processes and come up with a meaningful roadmap. It is extremely rewarding as this is a fast growing startup and my impact is almost palpable. I am in touch with prospects, clients (landlords), app users and internal stakeholders to figure out what to build next. I am building my own product team to deal with so many demanding feature requests. I am learning so much every day not only about proptech but also about scaling. Working at Spaceflow is very enjoyable as people around me are very passionate about disrupting real estate.

My role as a Product Manager at STRV is to help STRV clients (mostly Silicon-valley based startups) build their products. We focus on mobile apps and web based applications. I partner up with founders at an early stage and help them to pin down their idea and turn it into a viable product. This endeavour includes feature specification, success definition, MVP definition, managing a product from conception to launch and scaling, overseeing metrics and gathering insights, helping with UX and user research, running workshops and collecting feedback. I work closely with all the departments at STRV on day to day basis - Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Design. I am also involved in growing our PM team and defining what STRV's PM offer to clients.

I co-created smart assistant vision and co-founded a team to fulfil this vision. Our smart assistant brings information to users before they ask - right at the time when they would turn to a search engine. With my team, I improved the accuracy and speed of entity recognition in news articles. I am also responsible for A/B testing platform.

I lead the team which focuses on query and text understanding. My main responsibility is to develop strategy and vision for this part of our search engine. Our module analyses not only 15 million queries coming from fulltext search but also from other Seznam's apps such as firmy.cz (web listing Czech companies' profiles), mapy.cz (online maps) and zbozi.cz (online store aggregator) etc. We deal with tasks such as Natural Language Processing, Named Entity Recognition, query expansion (finding synonyms) and other text related issues.

I work at the position of product manager in the department of fulltext search. I am responsible for making our engine work better. My current tasks focus mostly on understanding of a user's query. With my team, we increased web page language classifier accuracy from 93% to 97%. I was also involved in the project which brought TV program excerpts straight to our search engine result's page.

I took responsibility for Hindi subcorpus of Intercorp (huge multilingual parallel corpus). My task was to prepare and check all tha data and to help to develop tools for it - HindiOCR (optical character recognition) and sentence segmentator.

I collaborated on the largest parallel corpus of Hindi-English sentences called HindEnCorp 0.5. I gathered online and other resources for the corpus and cleaned and normalised textual data.

I taught Hindi language at a language school.

I analyzed English sentences from the point of view of dependency syntax.
