As Human Resource Director, I am constantly looking for top performing engineers for my employer’s fast-growing practice. I want my income to reflect my creativity, talent, ability, experience and to be paid for my superior performance. Large practices have a lengthy and tuff way up the ladder and small firms have a very unpredictable future.
