Volkan Tepgeç has worked in sales, marketing, team and key account management in international and corporate companies for over 11 years.He started his career in high school and university life as a shadow customer, part time marketing and sales support staff in events and organizations in the tourism sector in TRNC.In her final year at university, she started working full time in the tourism sector.In his full-time job as a guide, he rose to regional sales manager with his motivation and high energy. He returned to his country to complete his military service.After his military service, he worked as a regional sales manager at Anadolu Efes A.Ş. and managed the units and stores under him in the franchise channel.With his communication strategy, market and consumer analysis approach, he ranked 1st in sales in Turkey in 2015.He played an active role in the launch of Efes xtra shot.In 2016, he joined Michelin Lastikleri Tic. A.Ş. as Central Anatolia and Mediterranean Regional Sales Manager.In 2018, he ranked 1st in Turkey as the region with the most development in Turkey.In the same year, he signed Turkey's first contract outside the Marmara region with one of the region's largest customers in Central Anatolia.In 2020, he was reassigned to the Aegean Region as Sales Manager.In 2022, he included the biggest players of the region in the system and by activating passive points with his communication strategy, he was selected as the region with the most development in Turkey in 2022 and became the 1st in Turkey.In 2023, it acquired 4 of the biggest players in the Aegean Region as contract customers and achieved 100% market share.Managed an annual sales volume of approximately 8 million Euros.He believes in teamwork, has strong analytical and data analysis skills and is result-oriented,Volkan Tepgeç holds a bachelor's degree in economics in English and a master's degree in business administration.
