• IOC (Integrated Operations Center)
• Monitoring of all IT infrastructure and Business Application for availability and performance. This includes all servers, blades, storage, LAN, WAN, VoIP, business critical applications, batch jobs and backup jobs.
• By monitoring length of Alerts, proactively approach agents and ensure they are on the right technical path, advice when necessary, or provide technical escalation.
• Liaising with tools engineers on any fine tuning of monitoring parameters and threshold, perform life-cycle management of tools deployed, participate in Event and Impact Analysis and to identify opportunities for.
• First line Global Event Monitoring and Management of alerts coming from Windows 2003/2008, MS Exchange 2003 and Active Directory servers through BPPM Patrol monitoring tools.
• 24x7 second-line Production and Event Management Support for the Messaging Infrastructure globally. Provides second-line troubleshooting for all messaging applications globally which includes, Microsoft Outlook.

• Supporting School ICT project & explorations, troubleshooting and resolution of incidents related to SOE Services at schools in classrooms/labs during lesson (to be given priority based on a first-come-first-served.
• Prior to any seasonal Government Assessment exercise, the TA shall carry out connectivity and application readiness testing, assist the school users in functionality testing and feedback the outcomes to the Government.
• Handling Classification Data (e.g. Username & password, student’s results);
• To provide on-site support during examination. Ensure that all IT equipment used for the examination (eg. CPA exams, National Education Quiz) are in good working conditions and all the application software used for the.
• Knowledge of Windows 2003 R2/ 2008 R2 SERVER/XP/NT, Active Directory, Remote Desktop and Office suites;
• Address advanced desktop support issues and provide entry/intermediate support for Active Directory, System Virtualization, NT server and general network support services;
