 Represent the Company to provide Professional Consulting Services to the highest standards. Establishing client’s Business Requirements and Technology Needs for systems through designing, specifying systems to tendering / procurement and project management Preparing Design, Specification, Schematics, Schedules, Drawings and associated deliverables for systems within Client consultancy Coordinate the installation of all technologies throughout the site and all members of the Client and Project Team. Supervise site works to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with contract specifications and drawings. Review and coordinate with consultants, contractors and operators to maintain the project schedule. Review and coordinate with consultants, contractors and operators to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with contracted specifications. Work closely with consulting / contracting teams in resolving key design issues that may affect the progress of work or the performance of the technology. Review design submissions and coordinate with contractors and operations to ensure timely release of information Review Shop Drawings as required. Monitor the change process to ensure that changes are submitted correctly and approved before any work is commenced. Authorize changes as necessary to maintain project schedule. Provide support for and communicate closely with the consultants and contractors on new/modified designs as required. Coordinate planned site works to ensure efficient use of resources and staged completion of deliverables. Monitor site progress on all elements of installation and commissioning. Monitor installation testing by all contractors to ensure the approved testing is completed prior to SAT (Site Acceptance Testing). Coordinate integrated testing to ensure all technologies function in accordance with the approved design criteria. Monitor User Acceptance Testing. Monitor Handover of Technologies
