Supervise Training Representatives for the Arkansas TANF Training Unit. Facilitate training sessions for TANF Training Unit which include, but are not limited to case management, database systems, and other TANF related policy/procedural trainings. Develop training materials for sessions. Schedule needed trainings for program needs. Evaluate effectiveness of progams, and collaborate with other departments to enhance training curriculum as needed.

Facilitate training sessions for TEA Unit Staff. Training sessions involve TEA eligibility, TEA Case Management, ANSWER database systems, and other TANF related programs. Assess needs for trainings throughout the state. Develop and monitor Training Representatives training classes. Scheduled needed trainings for program. Evaluate effectiveness of programs, and collaborate with other departments to enhance training curriculum as needed. Assist staff in acquiring and maintaining technical licenses. Research, write, distribute, and update procedural, technical, and instructional manuals, booklets, and pamphlets.
