• Planning & scheduling using “SAP” (Work Order Scheduling, Critical path, Ordering Materials, Resource leveling),• Updating the all work orders in “SAP” on priority basis as per MSSD (Mechanical Services Shops Department) standard procedure.• Identifying the long lead critical materials and raising the purchase requisition through DC (Direct Charge)/ B2B (Business to Business) using SAP.• To get the approval from proponent through SAP using supplement cost as per initial inspection & cost estimation report for work packages.• If the job is related to contract unit make the tender package and invitation letter for bidders and submitting to contract department in order to proceed the tendering out contract.• Coordinate weekly meeting of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling with All shop supervisors, superintendent & Clients.• Prepare shipping package and attached all reports into “SAP” like: Work Order 981-6 form, Initial Inspection & cost estimation reports, important e-mails from client side, final inspection report etc.• Request the Truck through “SAP” once the Job is completed and shipped back to the field.
