I want to be challenged.The greatest truth that I have realized over these years is that I am in love with neither the status of the leader- boards, nor the rush following a victory on the battlefield, but the struggle and the camaraderie that it yields. I love the process over the product. From sleep-deprived patrols with my Marines in the jungle, two-a-days in 100-degree summers, to knocking on doors 8 hours a day to earn business. In all of these scenarios, ambitious individuals surrounded me. Individuals who were committed to the process, invited competition, and embodied a growth mindset. Competition breeds excellence and there is no greater blessing than to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who strive for greatness in all facets of life; Those who are willing to sacrifice their body, mind, and overall state of being in order to develop and perfect their vocation. I have led successful teams in high-threat and low-threat environments. I have excelled in solo missions as well as in team operations. Having been introduced to the construction Industry, I now realize that I can have the best of both worlds. I can help develop myself and others to their full potential, and help individuals improve their lives on a daily basis, all while improving myself and elevating my family's position as well. It will help me continue to be the director of my own life and I will continue to help enhance the lives of others in my sphere of influence. I believe I can bring my robust military, sales, and overall life experiences and offer a very unique perspective with my peers all while having the humility to learn from all walks of life. Everyone has a story and everyone has something of value. I am looking forward to meeting new extraordinary individuals and discovering the doors this life will open for me next. My career ambition and my ultimate goal is to establish a business that not only achieves personal success but also makes a positive impact on society, serving the needs of individuals and communities.
