- Purchased goods and services for all client's project: Booking PR artical ( online and offline), event agency, gift, copy writter, monitoring, .....- Monitored the external cost for assigned campaigns. Ensured the actual cost and the related SOW are generated promptly for monitoring purposes.- Evaluated the effectiveness of relevant processes and controls per assigned campaigns, and reported to Producer Manager, Finance Director.- Managed supplier relationships to ensure the high quality of outcome and efficiency in finance. Kept the vendor list update and managed requests for new vendors.- Contacted suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiated with suppliers.
