• Contract management in accordance with NZS3910.• Liaising with the client and managing project deliverables.• Budget monitoring and preparation of payment claims with the Quantity Surveyor.• Planning and procuring resources and materials for timely delivery of the project.• Programme management and attending site meetings to monitor site progress and to form mitigation plans to account for any delays.• Identifying variations to the contracted scope and submitting variation claims and extension of time claims, and negotiating with the clients in finalizing the associated time and/or cost impacts.• Reviewing the monthly progress claims from the sub-contractors and approving associated payment certificates.• Performing engineering calculations for manufacturing of precast & pre-stressed components.• Preparing and submitting design recommendations for Engineer’s review.• Ensuring workmanship quality and adherence to the Engineer's specifications and/or NZS3109.• Design development and overseeing of shop drawing approval processes.• Ensuring H&S practices are followed for safety and wellbeing of the site crew.
