As a Systems and Support Administrator (SSA) it is my responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and support of hardware, and software at Donor Network of Arizona with is a OPO - Organ Procurement Organization.Providing technical user support needs across the entire organization, and collaborating with other team members in supporting end users, resolving issues, and tracking within the IT Helpdesk system. I support multiple software applications - Microsoft Intune/Entra/Administration/Teams/Exchange/MFA, Jumpcloud Mobile applications, Avaya VOIP, iTranplant, Salesforce, and other cloud based vendor applications.Supporting my Network Engineer team, End Users and various Hardware equipment at multiple locations. My support consists of Application Management including some Hospital Systems at we utilize.I work on special projects, including coordinating upgrades and technology roll outs. Implementing my 15+ years of health care experience and technical expertise, critical thinking skills, and proactive approach to manage this fast paced environment. I work at Banner Health's IT PACS Department as an IT System Engineer. I am responsible for the maintenance and support for the Nuance Enterprise Dragon and AI DAX systems that is based in Arizona region and supports all Banner Health locations.My duties including implementation, maintenance, and support of the new system expansion and successful on-boarding of the new clinical users. I am in charge of migrating from the the current transcription services being used to Dragon Naturally Speaking. I manager and maintain the QPath, Mirror, Synapse (PACS Administration), PowerScribe 360, Provation MD, and Philips eCare Manager systems. Windows server administration, DICOM and HL7 knowledge base.I also provide on-call support to the PACS team that supports the Fuji Synapse PACS , Philips iCare (eICU, EHospital,eSearch), Nuance PowerScribe, Nuance Dragon Voice recognition, Mosaiq Data Director PACS, Provation MD, along with several smaller applications.I happy to be part of such a critical, diverse and knowledgeable team!
