Involved in driving IT Infrastructure & Communication technology business in networking, data, voice, wireless, cloud computing, information security, storage & virtualization, IPV4 to IPV6 migration solutions in large enterprise, mid market and govt. accounts Spearhead all sales, marketing and business development activities to achieve revenue targets ensuring all enhancement plans are in place ensuring customers’ expectations are achieved / exceeded with strict adherence to agreed SOW and delivery within time lines Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting & developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume & profit, analyzing trends & results, establishing strategies, monitoring costs, competition, etc. Single point of contact between the company and key accounts to address their business needs by offering new solutions Played a key role in introducing key marketing policies & processes to optimize audience engagement with key focus on creating and developing the brand, proposition & communications Efficiently managed new business development efforts with a focus on up selling existing clients to new solutions and at the same time acquired new client base Worked with key clients, partners and government organizations to ensure bids are prepared in line with governance defining, developing and executing business development initiatives Handled completed responsibility of bidding and tendering activities including pre & post-bid customer interactions right from lead generation through collection Prepared proposals for customers by working with cross-functional teams comprising of technical specialists, solution architects, delivery teams, etc. Identified product requirements for all customers & market segments and acted as Focal Point of Contact to articulate market requirements; established strong executive relationships with target accounts and built long term revenue potential.
