My professional journey of over 30 years has been one of seeking challenges and opportunities to do things differently and explore new horizons. Having been in corporate roles for 14 years, and an entrepreneur for the rest, I believe in bringing unique blended and realistic outlook to business situations. I pride myself with excellent negotiation and communication skills which not only helped me excel in the supply chain development functions but also as a successful people manager. I ventured into the modern format retail industry at a time when the big guys were at best remotely thinking about it. And since then, I have been involved with 2 more entrepreneurial ventures - both providing futuristic solutions for the broader community. As co-founder of Verimployee, I am driven by the need to bring the core values of integrity and trustworthiness into the employer - employee relationship. Verimployee is a start up providing a unique platform to improve the transparency and efficiency of recruitment processes by eliminating job-ghosting and no-shows.
