Comprehensive reading and understanding of Mahle norms and follow the Product Development Cycle for product design, drawing creation and supply specification and adhering to the same while quality check.Work with CAE/Thermal Analysis team to fully use the CAE tools for design validation and optimization. Perform design for manufacturing / design for assembly at the early design phase Follow the engineering change procedures for all required engineering changes. Track design changes, input information in system to release or update BOM. Benchmark designs for various radiators, including the products from the competitors, to improve the design quality and make design more competitive.
