Steve founded implement.com Corporation in 1997 to provide consulting for Microsoft and commercial service providers that utilize the Microsoft platform for cloud services. Steve has more than 25 years of experience in successfully delivering high-quality results on a variety of technical projects. In his early career, he gained expertise supporting OS/2 for IBM.Steve is a pioneer in the development, since 1997, of the Cloud delivered technology that is commonly used by corporations today. He specifically helped to start the Hosted Exchange business, having worked with Microsoft in 1999 on the very first project to document how to deliver Hosted Exchange 2000 and has assisted Microsoft ever since that first project, including helping Microsoft develop Business Productivity Online Suite, now called Office 365.In 2006, Steve started Chinook Communications as a division of implement.com to provide hosted Messaging, Collaboration, and Communications services on the Microsoft cloud services platform. In January 2012 Chinook was the first service provider to deploy into production Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Multitenant Pack for Partner Hosted. In 2013 we were the first service provider to integrate our Hosted Lync platform with Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online. These innovations are a testament to the vision and capability of Steve and the team at implement.com and Chinook Communications.In 2014, implement.com was acquired by Arkadin, an NTT Communications company. As part of Arkadin, we expanded our vision to include a global footprint for voice services integrated into our Hosted Skype for Business UCaaS service offerings and the ability to offer these service on a global basis. We expanded our Office 365 services and integration globally to meet the growing demand for cloud based communications that offer the best in class services from Microsoft and Arkadin. These services included Office 365, with a specific focus on Skype Online and Microsoft Teams.
