Avast Software is the biggest security company globally in terms of users: more than 435 million people use Avast, AVG, HideMyAss VPN, or CCleaner branded products.I started at Avast in May 2010 as the first and only analyst in E-commerce and earned ownership of the Free-to-Paid line of business (majority of online sales). Since November 2012 I was working as E-commerce Manager leading the team working on key e-commerce projects that connect e-commerce with development in order to significantly increase sales (double, three-digit improvements in conversion rates). After the acquisition of AVG Technologies in October 2016 I joined Product Management team with the clear goal: to launch new in-product cart for AVG band and set up the processes for continuous cart improvements and monitoring.Key Activities:• Launch of new in-product shopping cart for AVG, launched in all website regions during 7 month period, with immediate increase of cart conversion rate• Redesign of in-product shopping cart for Avast, with emphasize on standard Avast GUI elements• Established new E-commerce optimization team that launched new V8 website• Leading redesign of web cart, implementing new payment methods for Avast• Execution of expiration prompts improvements, product update campaigns, new email communication, campaigns targeting illegal users• Launch of new flow of in-product 20-day Trial on e-commerce side• Defining e-commerce requirements, managing the implementation project of Adobe SiteCatalyst
