This company is the world´s leading specialist in torque control and is engaged solely in designing, developing and producing torque tightening and measuring equipment. Norbar supplies products and solutions for industries such as mining and refining, oil and gas, transport, construction, wind, and defence. Since 2017, Norbar has been a Snap-on Incorporated family member with the head office in Adelaide and different branches across Australia and New Zealand.Main duties:• Implementation of Norbar’s existing overarching marketing strategy, rolling out specific marketing plans to target industries.• Work with external partners to maintain the website and be responsible for updates and enhancements as required.• Ownership of general marketing and digital requirements as they come up e.g. brochures, digital assets, social channels.• Supporting the needs of third parties such as digital marketing agencies - the ability to review and discuss reporting about all paid campaigns such as Google ads, influencers, and social media marketing campaigns primarily on LinkedIn. • Create/ brief industry-specific content including case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, videos, etc. • Develop industry-specific Lead generation campaigns (primarily on LinkedIn).• Create messaging and email templates, and email nurture sequences on ActiveCampaign.• Create, launch and report results of email marketing campaigns. • Serve as a seamless connection between online leads and to sales team.• Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine the process to convert customers.
