CurrentHaving 3 years of work experience in Central London in area of ForexExchange Bureau, Work experience has been in a range of customer facing environment,requiring excellent communication skills. Managing the branch, Maintaining the currencystocks, ordering stocks, doing Bank Transfer, creating customer profile & maintaining goodrelationship with customers and following money laundering, compliance & GDPR guidelines.Executed Customer transactions regarding cash, currency orders, moneyexchange and Bank Transfers. Brought, Sold, and Handled an average of £2 MILLIONS worthof foreign currency daily. Ensured quality of service & accuracy and walking through eachtransaction, no matter how high or low in financial amount.JOB POSITION: Interbranch / Treasurer:Ø Monitoring the cash in transit across the branch networkØ Ordering banknotes from suppliers & Sending Banknotes/currencies to all branches,average worth of £ 2 millions and 2 orders per day.Ø Buy/sell short/over currencies and arrange deliveries to the branchesØ Responsible for inter-branch activities, whereby controlling the movement of the banknote between Head office and BranchesØ Maintaining Stock level in Treasury & counting and balancing them in excel every dayØ Determine appropriate stock levels for bank notes according to seasonal sales, trendsand demands etc..Ø Ability to source and sell bank notes from/to our currency suppliers at optimal ratesbased on market conditionsØ Analyze and take actions based on stock movement across the branches and adjust limitsaccordingly.
