On-Site Consultant to BAE SytemsFull Lifecycle Recruiter, Proposal/IDIQ Recruiter- Full lifecycle, high volume, quick turnaround recruiting for candidates to be bid key on proposals.- Worked directly with capture managers and proposals teams to staff proposals before submitting to government.- Onboarding of candidates if/when BAE Systems was awarded the contract.- Most requisitions were high level technical and/or managerial roles, and almost all required security clearances.On-Site Consultant to CGI Federal- Full life-cycle, high volume recruiting of various, mostly technical, skillsets.- Majority of requisitions were for various federal contracts requiring cleared.

- Source, screen, and qualify potential candidates for particularly hard to fill roles covering a broad range of skillsets and experience (mostly technical/IT backgrounds, but also non-technical).- Attend networking and recruiting events, utilize Internet User Groups, LinkedIn, and various databases to source and connect with passive candidates.- Majority of requisitions required candidates with security clearances from DoD and various other federal agencies.

- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing passive candidates for placement with various clients.- Primarily focused on engineering and technical skillsets that required DoD security clearances.- Meet with existing, and potential, clients to qualify requisitions and win new business.
