Abrahamsen & Associates P.C., by creating and implementing new company-wide strategies, systems, policies, and procedures. Created an inventory tracking dashboard to map out the legal collections process and track the legal status of each of approximately 75,000 current collections cases though each step in the legal suit process, from account assignment to post-judgment actions and account closure.Created, revised, and implemented all operational policies and procedures, including the employee handbook and code of conduct, to meet client audit requirements. Led an external consulting team in an analysis of emerging renewable energy technologies. Conducted market research to identify customer needs, estimate market potential, and evaluate UGI capabilities, leading to UGI’s entry into solar photovoltaic (PV) and combined heat and power (CHP) markets. Consulted with senior management to redefine the overall strategy for UGI Utilities. Performed customer, competitor, and internal capabilities analyses, to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and to profitably grow the market share of natural gas within the UGI territory. Led the feasibility and financial analysis, project development, and installation of a 50kW, roof-mounted solar PV project for the UGI Corporate Headquarters building in King of Prussia, PA.

The training was distributed to the client’s sales force (~1000 sales representatives), implementing a new call planning strategy.
